Terms of service
The seller of the goods offered in this Online store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, SIA SCENTIA, R.Nr. 40203383809, Malduguņu iela 12-7, Mārupes nov., LV-2167
and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Payment terms
The Buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The Buyer has the option of paying for the goods using the payment tools (payment cards) built into the Online store or by paying the invoice corresponding to the order prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature. After payment for the purchase, the Buyer receives a confirmation letter to the specified e-mail. After receiving the money in his account, the Seller prepares the goods for shipment and sends the Buyer information with a tracking link.
Delivery terms
The goods will be delivered to the Buyer to the Omniva parcel machine specified by the Buyer. The Seller ensures delivery of the goods within 10 business days from the receipt of payment for the goods. For purchases over 50 EUR, free delivery will be provided to the Omniva parcel machine specified by the Buyer. After payment for the goods, the Buyer receives a confirmation of the dispatch of the goods with a tracking link to the specified e-mail.
Right of withdrawal and procedure for returning goods
The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the Goods by sending a letter of refusal to the Seller (e-mail scentia@myscentia.com). The Seller sends the letter of refusal form to the Buyer by e-mail at the Buyer's request.
The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the letter of withdrawal (the return address is SIA SCENTIA, Malduguņu iela 12-7, Mārupes nov., LV-2167). All expenses incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller are covered by the Buyer.
The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:
the ordered goods cannot be returned due to their nature, or they are perishable or quickly expendable;
the ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;
Article 12, Part 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or to withhold compensation in the event that the product is damaged, due to careless handling of the product during use or failure to follow the instructions, if the original packaging of the product has been lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged.
Refund terms
The refund is made within 30 calendar days of the application received from the Buyer, using the same payment method that the Buyer used in the transaction, unless the Buyer has specified another method of refund in his application.
Order cancellation terms
If payment for the Order has not been received from the Buyer within 3 business days, the Seller reserves the right to cancel such an order.
Dispute Resolution Rules
All disputes are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia
Data Processing
By entering the necessary information when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
